About The Post:
The Post Alliances is, in essence, a musical think-tank I
created out of a lack of forming a proper line-up for a good
band. By no means is this the end product, but hopefully the
beginning and these are all musicians I have worked with at
some point in my 12 years of playing solo. Each has
definitely had much to bring to my table whether they know it
or not. They have impressive amounts of creative drive &
desire amongst their unique writing abilities, though like
benedictine monks they polish their crafts with patience,
knowing their trees will bear fruit...and like myself, most of
them are self-taught as well.

This Website is the first physical manifestation of the original
idea as a whole; an infinite reserve for the musical signals
being received & transmitted, and a house of meditation &
enchantment for many spiritual & artistic sounds, visuals, &
ideas.

Let the Music of The Post, or any other taste be your
medicine in today's times. Turn off your TV. Put on a Record.
Light a candle and focus on your Dream.......whatever it may
be.
About Us & The Post
SONG: Mitchell Froom-
'Watery Eyes' from album
Dopamine.
Sometimes, when these waves of
inspiration come to me, it gets difficult to
retain all of what is coming in...
The process
is beyond stimulating, but every now and then, it
can leave you feeling a bit ill, physically. The other
part is you can't control what is coming to you,
and if you don't get it down right then at that
moment, it's usually lost forever. They don't come
back if I don't play my part. It is times like these I
wonder to myself if this is even worth it anymore.
No money has been generated, nor has a stable
and functioning line-up been established for live
performance. Deep down past the bills, music &
commerce probably don't mix anyway. It has
never been about making money. For the majority,
it has been about simple fun and creating art in
some form. Attempting to pull something out of
thin air is a personal thrill. Honestly though, the
thought of forming a band was much simpler in
theory, given the amount of musicians bumped
into. Out of the many 'jam sessions' & 'auditions',
there have been two times with 2 line ups
(Funkhouse & CaKa) where something really
unique occurred within the music. Those are the
moments that keep it going, where it all unfolds
right before your ears without you even knowing
it, until the instruments go silent and no one
knows what to say, so you don't say anything &
just smile.
Boston almost died that morning, if it hadn't been for Mr. Nate Boyd.......
